Retail Customer Service Representative-Part-Time

About the position

The Retail Customer Service Representative at Molson Coors Brewing Company plays a vital role in enhancing the visitor experience at the Coors Brewery in Golden, CO. This part-time position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining the shop's appearance, and assisting with various operational tasks. Team members are expected to work between 24-39 hours per week, primarily on weekends, to ensure a high level of service during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through strong product knowledge of branded merchandise.
• Assist with merchandising and general upkeep of the shop to maintain a fantastic appearance.
• Help peers with incoming product to ensure readiness for customers.
• Participate in off-site events a few times a year.
• Use the POS system to process transactions and assist with opening/closing of registers.
• Pick and pack orders for online visitors as needed.

Requirements

• Strong people skills are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 40lbs and stand for most of the shift.
