About the position

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within the retail environment, ensuring a guest-first mentality in all customer interactions. This role involves managing a team of Operations Leads, optimizing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company standards to achieve operational success and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee every aspect of Operations through Standard Work and the Operations GEM Model.
  • Evaluate behaviors, teach, train, and develop the Operations team.
  • Empower the team to analyze and proactively solve guest issues with speed and simplicity.
  • Ensure the retail store team is fully staffed with the right talent to meet standard work expectations.
  • Build schedules to optimize coverage for productivity and efficiency.
  • Greet and engage guests on the sales floor.
  • Ensure team completes and demonstrates effective execution of training modules.
  • Participate in ongoing learning opportunities and complete required training in a timely manner.
  • Support the store team to delight guests and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Retail Business Standard Work and State Standard guidelines.
  • Assist with Manager on Duty responsibilities and oversee financial outcomes.
  • Build a positive culture that drives expected company outcomes.
  • Develop and retain talent of all team members and have ongoing talent conversations.
  • Assist with opening and closing the store, including securing the building and managing alarms.
  • Ensure Operations Specialists execute Vault Management procedures and Fraud Prevention expectations.
  • Inspire store teams to achieve goals and complete standard work.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • High volume retail experience preferred.
