About the position

The Retail Designer position is a freelance contract role focused on creating in-store signage and graphic designs for a well-known agency. This fully remote opportunity requires a skilled designer with a strong background in retail design, particularly in signage, and offers around 20-25 hours of work each week, with the potential for extension through the end of the year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store signage projects from concept to execution.
• Create in-store signage and graphic designs in line with client needs.
• Proficient in SketchUp for 3D modeling and spatial design.
• Expert in the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign.
• Follow brand toolkit directions and adhere to established guidelines.
• Build decks for client presentations and pitch materials.
• Manage project files, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and timely.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in retail design with a specialty in in-store signage and graphic design.
• Skilled in SketchUp for 3D modeling and spatial design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
