About the position

The Retail Director at Morrison Healthcare is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the region's boutique gift stores. This position focuses on maximizing revenue and profits, enhancing client and customer satisfaction, and promoting associate loyalty within the retail operations. The Retail Director will also be accountable for formulating and executing strategies to grow the current P&L retail revenue for the region, while maintaining excellent relationships with patients, guests, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the region's boutique gift stores.
• Formulate and execute strategies to grow P&L retail revenue.
• Maintain relationships with patients, guests, and clients.
• Promote professional growth and development of the team.
• Operate within the approved budget to provide maximum value to clients.
• Drive and support sector initiatives as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required.
• Minimum of seven years of retail experience, preferably in non-food boutique or department stores.
• Proven multi-unit management experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail trends and P&L management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
