About the position

The Retail District Manager Unassigned at Dollar General Corporation is responsible for planning and leading the activities of all stores within the assigned area of operation. Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the operational area is a key responsibility, which includes improving distribution flow, enhancing merchandising displays, strategizing store growth and real estate site selection, and prioritizing training and development initiatives. Consistent and effective communication of divisional and regional priorities to store teams is essential for success in this role.
