You will lead store teams by implementing fair administration of human resources policies and practices, ensuring that each store meets or exceeds annual sales growth targets through quality orders and efficient flow processes. Your leadership will also focus on effective inventory management and presentation, maximizing performance and productivity through sensible store scheduling, and the total development of human capital through proactive recruitment, selection, and education of employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for protecting company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities within your operational area, which may include distribution flow improvements, merchandising display efforts, store growth, real estate site selection, and training and development priorities. Consistent and effective communication of divisional and regional priorities to store teams will be essential to your success.
