About the position

The Multi Store Director is responsible for overseeing and providing leadership to a group of Managing Partners, focusing on sales, growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role requires strong delegation, leadership, and operational skills to ensure high performance across multiple stores, while fostering a positive customer experience and adhering to the company's core values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales by ensuring stores are staffed and trained.
• Execute the S.A.L.E.S. process and review OSAT results monthly with leadership.
• Maintain planogram and inventory integrity, and execute the Monthly Marketing and Promotional Plan.
• Drive a strong TSP/B2B sales culture and ensure critical product classes are ready for business.
• Assist with seasonal merchandising plans and communicate directly with customers to collect feedback.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Managing Partner or similar role.
• Experience in multi-unit field management leadership.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
