This position is pivotal in ensuring that each store not only meets but exceeds sales and profitability targets through effective management of merchandise, inventory, and human resources. The District Manager will be responsible for a footprint of 10-20 stores, ensuring that guest services are prioritized and that operational excellence is maintained across all locations. The District Manager will conduct bimonthly sales meetings with store leaders to review performance metrics and provide coaching as necessary. A key aspect of this role involves analyzing store P&L statements to calculate monthly bonuses and ensure that strategic recruitment practices are in place to maintain adequate staffing levels. The District Manager will also monitor sales activities and customer feedback to ensure that service quality is upheld, providing targeted feedback to store leaders to drive improvement. In addition to operational oversight, the District Manager will work closely with store leaders to enhance their sales capabilities and customer service skills, ensuring that the Serve, Solve (Resolve), and Sell method is integrated into every customer interaction. This role requires the use of data to identify trends and develop actionable plans to enhance sales and operational performance, aligning with Asurion's Core Values. The District Manager will also conduct quarterly assessments and monthly business reviews with senior leaders to provide updates on overall store performance.
