About the position

The District Manager at uBreakiFix by Asurion is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple store locations within a designated region. This role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring high standards of guest services and operational efficiency. The District Manager will lead a team of store leaders, conduct regular assessments, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, sales, and performance of stores in a regional area.
• Conduct bimonthly sales meetings with store leaders.
• Review store P&L and calculate monthly store bonuses.
• Maintain strategic recruitment practices to ensure adequate staffing levels in stores.
• Monitor sales activities and feedback surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching to store leaders as needed.
• Drive sales, operational, and customer service metrics by motivating store leaders.
• Work with store leaders to ensure mastery of sales behaviors and customer service capabilities.
• Use data to identify trends and develop action plans for the team.
• Instruct store leaders on handling difficult situations.
• Conduct ongoing coaching sessions with employees.
• Conduct quarterly Partnership and Operational store assessments.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sr. Leaders.

Requirements

• 1 year of supervisory/managerial experience required.
• 1 year of soldering experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
