Retail Education & Experience Intern

About the position

Our goal is to enhance the lives of yogis both on and off the mat, fostering better living and stronger communities. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Experience & Education team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the organization of tools and materials for education sessions and new store openings, assisting with the creation and dissemination of educational materials, including video editing, and contributing to general coordinating efforts. The internship lasts for 8 weeks, starting June 9th and ending August 1st, with interns working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and managing tools and materials required for new store openings.
• Support the video editing process for training materials.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of education plans.
• Help maintain inventory and track the distribution of materials.
• Provide administrative support to the Retail Experience & Education team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in retail or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
