About the position

The position involves providing excellent customer service, assisting in stocking and rotating merchandise, and accurately performing sales transactions. The role supports store management in achieving production standards while maintaining a positive environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide good customer service to all store customers, vendors, and participants.
• Assist in the stocking and rotation of merchandise according to company standards.
• Accurately perform all sales transactions and follow cash control policies.
• Maintain an attendance record according to company standards.
• Track all donors and their donations accurately per company standards.
• Ensure that products are stocked in appropriate areas following company policies.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the building to company standards.
• Display appropriate behavior as a team player and work cooperatively with all employees.
• Work without close supervision and demonstrate initiative consistently.
• Adhere to the company dress code policy and complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse group of individuals.
