About the position
The Floor Leader at Skechers serves as a product and operational expert, driving sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the training of store employees. The Floor Leader is responsible for maintaining store operations and creating a premier shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and advising them on Skechers' products.
- Execute detailed stock and product management routines, including merchandising, stocking, and cleaning.
- Help train store employees on product knowledge and visual marketing standards.
- Keep an overview of daily operations and troubleshoot any concerns with store management.
- May be responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed.
Requirements
- Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.
- Enjoys solving problems and acts with a sense of urgency.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the store team.
- Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
