About the position

The Retail Floor Leader at Skechers USA Retail LLC is responsible for driving sales and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves acting as a product and brand ambassador, managing store operations, and providing exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment for employees.

Responsibilities

• Serve as product and operational experts, driving sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Act as product and brand ambassadors for Skechers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and advising them on Skechers' products.
• Execute detailed stock and product management routines, including merchandising, stocking, and cleaning.
• Help train store employees on product knowledge and visual marketing standards.
• Keep an overview of daily operations and troubleshoot any concerns with store management.
• May be responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed.

Requirements

• Ability and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.
• Enjoys solving problems and acts with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of the store team.
• Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
