The Fragrance RSS Colleague at Macy's is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items. This role contributes to the success of the department through effective customer engagement, inventory management, and participation in sales-driving events. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of the store.
• Explain and demonstrate the use of fragrances through application techniques.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager for inventory management.
• Attend product training classes and seminars to enhance product knowledge.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe work area and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Follow asset protection and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of related experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Resourceful self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
