The Retail Fragrances Sales Support Associate at Macy's is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting fragrance products. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store operations.
• Explain and demonstrate the use of fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager regarding inventory and inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars to enhance product knowledge.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
• Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors (RTVs).
• Maintain a safe work area free from hazards and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Follow asset protection and inventory control procedures.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Resourceful self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
