About the position

As a Retail Fulfillment Associate at Macy's, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for customers by supporting operational activities that drive sales and excellent customer service. This part-time position requires flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the store team to ensure a friction-free shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer their questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor alerts to ensure timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders and conduct customer pick-up during peak times.
• Select merchandise from the selling floor and apply packing policies to ensure packages are in good condition; process shippable returns and abandoned in-store pickup orders.
• Assist other teams as needed in unloading and processing new merchandise based on its type, size, or category.
• Work with team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment.
