As a Retail Fulfillment Associate at Macy's, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our omni-channel customers. Your primary responsibility will be to support operational activities that drive sales, profit, and excellent customer service. You will work closely with the store team to ensure a friction-free shopping environment, contributing to the overall success of the store. Your duties will also include locating ordered items in the store and preparing merchandise for shipment using handheld technology and appropriate packing materials. You will prepare shipping labels, coordinate with shipping providers for timely delivery, and process shippable returns and abandoned in-store pickup orders. Collaboration with other teams will be essential, as you will assist in unloading and processing new merchandise based on its type, size, or category.
