WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Retail, Games & Premium Attractions Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, set strategic goals for revenue growth, ensure safety standards, elevate guest experiences, and foster team engagement in alignment with Six Flags' values. You'll lead retail strategy, uphold integrity and professionalism, and make data-driven, timely decisions to enhance park performance. HOW YOU WILL DO IT: Lead Teams & Drive Success: Oversee Area Managers, manage budgets up to $30M, and coach direct reports to boost productivity and morale. Embrace and communicate change, adapting to new ideas and opportunities. Execute Key Competencies: Implement and maintain consistent retail standards, including brand execution, safety, budgeting, inventory, cash control, loss prevention, guest experience, service speed, staffing, and team development. Collaborate with Corporate Partners: Work with Retail support teams, Product Developers, and Planners to optimize product flow, stock levels, and strategies for sales growth and stock loss reduction. Inspire Retail Creativity: Design and execute visual merchandising plans to create unique shopping environments with enticing store displays. Drive Business Metrics: Monitor key performance metrics like Sales, Per Cap, ADT, and Controllable Expenses, leveraging insights to adjust plans and forecasts based on market trends and guest feedback. Promote Safety Culture: Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and a park-wide commitment to a secure environment. Handle Guest Concerns: Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, maintaining high standards of guest service. Participate in the Manager on Duty rotation. Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage revenue, games, photo services, VIP services, and extra-charge attractions, meeting goals autonomously and reporting updates to Senior Leadership.
