Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make informed commercial decisions.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory and merchandising to optimize sales opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to meet performance standards.

Requirements

• 4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with at least 6 months in a supervisory role.
• Excellent skills in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead discussions in diverse groups.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
