Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales plans.
  • Drive high unit velocity and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor the team in various retail skill sets to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure impeccable merchandising and visual presentation of products.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers about Skechers products.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to create a positive employee experience.
  • Manage operational processes to drive profitability and maintain store standards.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and follows best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or restaurant management.
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
