Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor team members in various retail skills to improve store performance.
  • Ensure impeccable merchandising, signage, pricing, and visual presentation of products.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to create an outstanding employee experience.
  • Oversee operational processes to maximize profitability and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or restaurant management.
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet operational priorities.
  • Experience in team development and talent assessment.
