Responsibilities
- Deliver remarkable customer service by providing exceptional product knowledge and efficient service.
- Build rapport with customers and assist them with inquiries.
- Stock products and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.
- Work in various departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and organized with good listening and communication skills.
- Adequate knowledge of computer systems and comfortable using them.
- Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
