Adhering to safety and loss prevention policies is crucial, as is maintaining the confidentiality of all company information. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets and signage requirements.
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation and warranty sales.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety and loss prevention.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
- Support the team across the store with various tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Golf industry experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
