As a Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate at Golf Galaxy, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers who share a passion for golf. Additionally, you will promote company programs such as customer loyalty initiatives and warranty sales, ensuring that customers are aware of the benefits available to them. Safety and confidentiality are paramount in our operations, and you will be expected to adhere to all established policies and procedures related to safety and loss prevention. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs.
- Support customers in their shopping experience with helpful information and recommendations.

Requirements
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Golf industry experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
