Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect.
• Ensure customers are greeted and acknowledged, offering assistance as needed.
• Aide athletes by directing them to the appropriate golf services area.
• Provide exceptional service to maximize sales by recommending the right products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vendor equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.
• Support store services sales by educating customers on club fittings and repair services.
• Make tailored equipment and accessory recommendations to customers.
• Assist in achieving store shrinkage goals by properly handling merchandise.
• Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment, and recovery processes.
• Promote company programs such as ScoreCard loyalty and product warranty.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and cleanliness standards.
• Create an inclusive in-store environment for teammates and customers.

Requirements

• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Golf fitting experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or technical diploma in the golf industry preferred.
