The ideal candidate will contribute to the store's success by maximizing sales through knowledgeable recommendations and promoting company programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring they are greeted and acknowledged.
• Assist customers by identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate golf services area.
• Provide exceptional service to maximize sales by recommending the right products and solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vendor equipment including heads, shafts, and grips.
• Educate customers on the benefits of club fittings and club repair services.
• Make tailored equipment and accessory recommendations to customers.
• Assist in achieving store shrinkage goals by properly handling and accounting for merchandise.
• Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment, and recovery processes to maintain presentation standards.
• Promote company programs such as ScoreCard loyalty and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and participate in cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Golf fitting experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or technical diploma in the golf industry preferred.
