About the position
As a Repair Technician at Guitar Center, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. This role emphasizes customer service, craftsmanship, and the ability to connect with customers to enhance their experience. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in product knowledge and sales techniques, contributing to the overall mission of nurturing lifelong musicians.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship.
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested.
- Complete warranty repair work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
