About the position
The Repair Technician at Guitar Center is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while also assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. This role emphasizes customer service, craftsmanship, and the ability to connect with customers to enhance their experience. The technician will also engage in warranty repairs and other assigned duties, contributing to the overall mission of fostering creativity and joy in music.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing Guitars
