About the position
The Retail Guitar Repair Tech at Guitar Center is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. This role emphasizes customer service, craftsmanship, and the ability to connect with customers to enhance their experience. The position supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture musicians and create an inclusive environment for all customers.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintain store owned gear, as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
