About the position

The Retail Inventory Clerk is responsible for managing inventory processes, including the creation of MMS numbers for the purchasing system, entering data upon receipt of merchandise, pricing items, assisting with monthly inventory, and moving merchandise between stores. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, as well as maintaining internal control standards.

Responsibilities

• Create MMS numbers for the purchasing system.
• Enter data in Infogenesis upon receipt of merchandise.
• Price items accurately.
• Assist with monthly inventory processes.
• Move merchandise to various stores.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or its equivalency required.
• Previous data entry/retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers.
• Ability to deal effectively and interact well with customers and employees.
