About the position

As a Retail Key Holder at Bath & Body Works, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's sales plan through effective execution of operational tasks and leadership responsibilities. This position involves acting as the manager on duty, providing customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will also be responsible for coaching associates, maintaining store policies, and executing daily operational routines.

Responsibilities

  • Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer service and operational issues.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
  • Lead and model selling and customer experience standards.
  • Display knowledge of products, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Set daily goals and direction for associates at the start of shifts.
  • Build a loyal customer base through engagement and information gathering.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and receipt of shipments.
  • Maintain store policies and procedures.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation tasks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
  • Demonstrated selling and operational results.
  • Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekends and peak times.

Nice-to-haves

  • Existing sales associate aspiring to a management role.
  • Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
