Responsibilities

• Support leading and motivating boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience.
• Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans.
• Improve metrics through sales floor leadership and provide feedback to the Boutique Team.
• Reinforce a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team.
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks and activities while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
• Support and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Problem solve proactively and creatively.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a specialty retail store.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
