About the position

The Retail Lead at Yellowstone General Stores is responsible for supervising team members and ensuring operational needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment. This seasonal position offers opportunities for hands-on learning and working with a diverse team in the beautiful setting of Yellowstone National Park.

Responsibilities

• Supervises retail associates and assigns tasks to meet operational needs.
• Trains associates and maintains retail standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors the store floor and assists with guest needs and requests.
• Handles guest and team member complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience leading or supervising in a retail space is preferred.
• No high school diploma or GED required.
