About The Position
The Nordstrom Retail Leadership Training Program (RLTP) is a selective early career initiative designed for recent graduates or seniors graduating by May 2025. This program aims to cultivate future retail leaders by providing immersive training and hands-on experience in retail management. Participants will gain essential leadership skills and insights into the Nordstrom customer experience, ultimately preparing them for full-time Assistant Department Manager roles across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack stores.
