Mission Loans, LLC is on a mission to revolutionize the home lending experience, and we are looking for a dedicated Retail Loan Officer to join our customer-centric team in Henderson, NV. As a Retail Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping customers assess their financial situations, select the best loan products, and guide them through the mortgage loan process to ensure on-time closings. We are seeking experienced mortgage professionals who can maintain a high standard of quality work while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience to all clients. This includes contacting customers through inbound and outbound calls, assessing their needs, and structuring loan offers that best suit their financial situations. You will accurately input borrower information into our systems, collect and verify qualification documentation, and maintain clear communication with borrowers throughout the loan process. Collaboration with the processing department is essential to resolve any issues that may arise during production and fulfillment. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed customer expectations while promoting loan quality and compliance with lending laws. You will also focus on marketing strategies to attract new business and build relationships within the community, promoting Mission Loans to realtors, builders, and financial planners. Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience to all customers.
  • Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls via company provided leads and marketing resources.
  • Assess customer needs and financial situation and structure loan offers to help guide the customer to select the best loan product for them.
  • Accurately input borrower information for a complete loan application and maintain an accurate borrower profile within the CRM &/or LOS throughout the loan transaction.
  • Collect borrower qualification documentation and review to verify that supporting documentation matches the application to ensure a complete loan submission to processing.
  • Communicate clearly, frequently and effectively with borrowers to seamlessly guide them through the loan process.
  • Partner with the processing department to resolve problems, qualification issues or conditions throughout production and fulfillment process.
  • Operate with a goal to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Promote loan quality and compliance with lending laws.
  • Focus on marketing and promotional strategies to attract new purchase business, promoting a broad spectrum of mortgage products.
  • Build network and community relationships, promoting Mission Loans to realtors, builders, financial planners and other referral sources.

Requirements

  • Licensed Loan Originator compliant with NMLS SAFE Act and actively hold 3 or more licenses.
  • Ability to correctly and accurately structure and price loans.
  • Extensive knowledge in loan programs/products: conventional, FHA, VA, refinance and purchase (a plus - Jumbo, Non-QM).
  • Current referral base from realtors, financial planners, builders, etc.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
  • Experience with Byte, a plus.
  • Bilingual (read, write, speak) in Spanish, a plus.
