About the position

The Retail Management Internship at Kwik Trip offers a paid, hands-on work experience within the fast-paced, guest-centric Retail Management Department. Interns will support the retail team while gaining exposure to various leadership styles and activities, including marketing, inventory control, accounting, auditing, ordering, and human resource responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the retail team in daily operations.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Help manage inventory control processes.
• Participate in accounting and auditing tasks.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree.
• High aptitude for learning a variety of tasks.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
