Responsibilities

• Manage all retail units with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Display creativity with food options and retail trends.
• Oversee multiple retail locations including a Starbucks and a C-store.
• Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop managers and frontline staff.
• Oversee cash handling processes and POS programming and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs and standards.
• Maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards.
• Ensure all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards are in place.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of retail management experience or background in large restaurant or food concepts.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a passion for high-level customer service.
• Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with menu graphics programs.
