About the position

As a Local Manager at Cherry Hill Programs, you will oversee daily operations for photo operations at retail locations, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Your role involves leading and developing a local team, managing schedules, and promoting a positive work environment while maintaining core values and policies. You will also be responsible for staffing, training, and creating a sales culture to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for photo operations at retail locations.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor for success.
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled and respond to business calls or emails promptly.
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture to maximize sales potential and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Verify daily bank deposits and confirm financial paperwork with the District Manager.
  • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and provide world-class guest service.
  • Establish and maintain positive vendor relations at all locations.
  • Partner with host venue to support efficient operations focused on guest service and profitability.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal guest experiences.
  • Ensure accurate preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred.
  • Photography experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
