About the position

The Retail Manager at Cherry Hill Programs is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the photo operations venue in Hickory Point Mall. This role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency while leading and developing a local team to achieve both personal and company goals. The manager will promote a positive work environment, manage staffing, and ensure excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for photo operations at the venue.

• Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training.

• Verify daily bank deposits and confirm financial paperwork.
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and provide guest service.
• Establish and maintain positive vendor relations.
• Partner with host venue for seamless operations.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal experiences.
• Ensure accurate preseason setup and breakdown of equipment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous retail or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Photography experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
