About the position

• Support security functions to protect assets and ensure safety.
• Implement cash control procedures and lead inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of retail management experience required; specialty/gift store experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, including coaching and developing staff.
• Dedicated to sales and customer service excellence.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
