Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the retail team to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage store inventory and ensure product availability.
• Create a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment for guests.
• Work closely with home office support to achieve store goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful retail management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
