Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for guests and inspire team members.
• Manage store inventory and ensure product availability.
• Deliver a fun shopping experience for guests.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful retail management experience
• Ability and willingness to work a 45-hour week (five 9-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
