About the position

The Studio Retail Manager is responsible for managing and leading the operations and staff of a portrait studio within a host environment. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service throughout the photographic, sales, and delivery experience while ensuring the studio meets its sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the operation and staff of a portrait studio.
• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
• Accountable for the studio's ability to achieve results, including sales averages and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience in retail management or a similar field.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills, including navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel.
