The Retail Marketing Ambassador role is designed for individuals who are creative and eager to contribute to the success of an advertising agency that assists small and mid-size companies with their marketing needs. This position focuses on building relationships with clients, providing expert advice on advertising campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and improve sales margins.
• Confidently provide advice to clients regarding advertising campaigns, sales promotions, and company history.
• Ensure proper attitude, behavior, and respect for the brand and policies.
• Develop authentic relationships with prospective consumers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations.
• Answer a wide array of customer inquiries, such as product knowledge, pricing, and item availability.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and increased sales revenue.
• Gather new sales tactics by attending networking and working events.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client relations, sales, or retail.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to reliably commute to the Sandy Springs location daily.
