About the position

The Retail Marketing Coordinator at Tradecraft Farms is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience and elevate the brand across retail locations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to implement campaigns, coordinate events, manage in-store promotions, and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with procurement, vendor, and retail teams to execute promotional strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of in-store marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and support execution of retail events, such as product launches and customer appreciation days.
  • Manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, promotions, and events are on schedule.
  • Support loyalty program initiatives, including promotional planning and member communications.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on retail marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the production of on-brand marketing content.
  • Assist in coordinating vendor partnerships and product education initiatives.
  • Support social media and digital marketing efforts by providing content ideas and capturing in-store visuals.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, retail operations, and store leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, retail operations, or event coordination.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Experience with advertising sales processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for online retailing.
  • Knowledge of product management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills.
