The Retail Marketing Coordinator will report to the Retail Marketing Manager and support the broader retail, sales and operations teams by assisting with the execution of in-store displays, POS development, and cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving conversions. Key responsibilities include supporting the ALT and drug teams to identify new sales opportunities, onboarding vendors, coordinating with Operations to ensure timely and accurate display setups, and working with the team on innovative campaign executions. This role also oversees merchandising and demo schedules, training materials, and quarterly trend reports, contributing to projects that drive retail marketing success.
