Yes No Full job description OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for our Revolution Dispensary retail brand and its five store locations across Illinois. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who excels at creating strategies to increase foot traffic, elevate the in-store experience, and drive brand loyalty. The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing the brand's in-store and digital presence, requiring periodic visits to store locations to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to Revolution Dispensary stores to drive store traffic, enhance in-store experience, and increase sales. Create and manage the promotional calendar for all store locations, ensuring alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and company-wide marketing efforts. Plan and oversee in-store activations, events, and promotions, working closely with store managers to ensure smooth execution. Implement local marketing initiatives, including print, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and other region-specific channels, to effectively reach target demographics. In-Store Branding & Customer Experience Monitor and manage in-store branding to ensure brand consistency and effective presentation across all store locations. Conduct periodic visits to store locations across Illinois to review branding, displays, and promotional materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards. Work with store managers to enhance the in-store customer journey and identify opportunities to improve touchpoints that foster customer loyalty. Customer Engagement & Loyalty Collaborate with the Manager of E-commerce and Loyalty to integrate in-store and online loyalty programs, driving customer engagement and repeat purchases. Develop strategies to collect and leverage customer data to improve customer experience and personalize in-store marketing efforts. Monitor and enhance the in-store customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve touchpoints and foster customer loyalty. Cross-Channel Integration Partner with the Social & Digital Marketing Specialist to promote in-store initiatives across digital platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging. Work with the Creative team to develop engaging visual assets, including in-store signage, displays, and POS materials that are consistent with brand guidelines. Coordinate with the Revolution Brands' Brand manager to ensure retail-specific marketing aligns with the overall brand and product strategies. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track and analyze the performance of in-store campaigns, promotions, and events using KPIs such as foot traffic, conversion rates, sales lift, and ROI. Generate regular reports on retail marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Use customer feedback, store manager insights, and data analytics to inform and refine retail marketing strategies. Key Skills & Competencies: Creativity & Innovation: Ability to design engaging, on-brand in-store marketing campaigns and events. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, store managers, and external vendors. Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
