About the position

The Retail Marketing Manager at CHAGEE is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the in-store guest experience and driving brand engagement as the company expands into the US market. This position involves executing marketing strategies, managing product lifecycles, overseeing visual merchandising, and implementing promotional campaigns to ensure a memorable experience for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute seasonal, promotional, and cultural event calendars to boost guest conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with R&D to design limited-time offers (LTO) programs.
  • Partner with the Consumer Insights (CI) team to analyze consumption trends and optimize the product line.
  • Lead the design and implementation of CHAGEE's in-store visual merchandising program and plannogram.
  • Design guest engagement strategies to drive brand familiarity and capture real-time feedback.
  • Collaborate with Operations to educate Barista staff on brand voice and product knowledge.
  • Manage the merchandising program to enhance product visibility and guest experience.
  • Cultivate partnerships with marketplace stakeholders to drive store traffic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail marketing.
  • Strong background in promotional calendar management and product assortment.
  • Expertise in visual merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proven track record in generating consumer feedback and developing traffic-driving initiatives.
