Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and solutions for clients' mattress needs on the sales floor.
- Sell bedroom furniture and other store products as needed.
- Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to assist customers with their sleep and budget requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of furniture, mattresses, and related products to effectively sell to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field, or a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in retail sales.
- Proven problem-solving skills and past successes in previous employment.
- Superior communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to lift over 50lbs.
- Client and project management experience.
- Professional attire and proficient computer skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes weekends and some holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
