You will confidently present accurate and actionable results to client teams, supporting them in delivering insights to their supplier end clients. Additionally, you will act as the primary resource for clients regarding the retail media platform, ensuring their satisfaction by following through on commitments and addressing their needs effectively. Cross-functional coordination will be a significant aspect of your role, as you will frequently collaborate with various internal and external partner teams, including technical leads, product teams, and agency partners. You will bridge the gap between client business needs and internal technical teams, identifying, validating, and resolving any gaps in the retail media platform. Problem-solving skills will be crucial, as you will need to ask meaningful questions to understand problems and their potential causes. You will employ logical and systematic approaches to break down complex issues and arrive at effective solutions, providing clear and actionable recommendations. Planning and organizing will also be key components of your responsibilities, as you will need to coordinate work and resources to respond to data delivery requests, ensuring that project goals and timelines are met.
